The Post You've All Been Waiting For

Alright... as many of you now know I am dating someone (and he's great)! I have gotten lots of questions about him, so I figured I would write a blog post to keep you all up to date.

I'll start with some pictures (because I love pictures):

He surprised me with flowers just because he felt like it. Is that not the cutest thing in the world? I'm so lucky!

So, his name is Steven and we met here at BYU-I through mutual friends. He's amazing and I'm sure you will all hear lots more about him from me in the future. I feel very lucky to have him in my life! He's seriously one of the best people I have ever met. He's extremely kind and super funny and a total joy to be around. #blessed

Spring Break... Kinda

Hey friends!

Guess what?! It's spring break!! I am spending it by working a ton (I got hired at the American Eagle out here) and by planning a lesson and writing a talk for Sunday (perks of being relief society president).

Anyway, today is my day off and I felt like it was the perfect time to write a blog post! Since last week was crazy with finals and roommates moving out, I really don't have any fun pictures or anything. BUT! I did do a little decorating in the apartment! So I'll show that to you! I had been wanting to do this for a while and I figured a new semester was the perfect time for it!

Hopefully my next post will be slightly more exciting than me decorating a wall of my apartment! 

Also! I am about to start my SIXTH semester!! How crazy is that?! I'm old. 

About Time

Hello friends and family!

I figured it was about time I started a blog for all of you to read about my exciting life in Rexburg. It's coming up on TWO years of me being out here!! I'll try to post weekly or every other week with updates and pictures.

Just to keep you all updated, I am at Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYUI) and I am majoring in Economics and minoring in International Studies. I absolutely love it here and I wouldn't want to be in school anywhere else (sorry Harvard, I know you wanted me ;).

Moving on to last week! As many of you know, one of my best friends (Dani) got married last Friday! So I went to Utah and attended the wedding! She was a beautiful bride and the day was perfect!

Dani asked me to be her maid of honor, and an honor it was. She was a stunning bride and I enjoyed every minute of wedding planning and preparation with this beauty. 

Lastly, the three amigas. One down, two to go! I am so proud of Dani and her decision to get married in the temple for eternity. She is an amazing woman and she married an equally amazing man.
Congrats to the happy couple!

Apart from Dani's wedding, I also had the opportunity to spend lots of quality time with my super amazing roommate, Courtney. Unfortunately, we will not be living together next semester (dang track system!!). However, we are excited to live together again in the Fall! She is amazing and I love her to death. 

That wraps up last week! As for this week, it's finals. So really nothing exciting will be going on. Just a whole lot of studying, tests, and cleaning! Thanks for taking some time to read this! I love and miss you all!
