Road Trip!

Hey friends!

As I'm sure some of you saw, this was kind of a big weekend for me! It all started with a road trip to Utah with Steven!

We were so excited for our first road trip together!

Huner and boredom made this picture happen

My little trooper

Once we got to Utah we headed straight to my niece's baptism! It was beautiful and it was so good to see some family! I got to give a little talk on the Holy Ghost too, I hadn't ever spoken at a baptism until then! It was a really fun experience! I am so proud of her and her decision to be baptized! Also, it was kind of cool because Steven finally got to meet some of my family in person! Hooray!

Onto the next part of the trip! Saturday morning I had the opportunity to go through the temple for the first time. We went to the Oquirrh Mountain temple and it is BEAUTIFUL!

So so pretty!

What a guy! He carried all of the purses and temple bags around while we were taking pictures.

I had my main man there with me and it was amazing for him to be there for such an important event in my life. He's the best!

I was lucky to have my big sister Meredith there with me too! She has always been so loving and welcoming to me in her home while I have been so far away from mine.

Dani was also able to make it! She has been a huge help in helping me feel ready for the temple!
Steven's parents were also able to come down to Utah to be there with me in the temple and that was amazing!
I was so blessed to be surrounded by people who love me and who are supportive of me this weekend. I can't express how thankful I am for them and for all of the others who have congratulated me and shown support for me!

I love this picture. I love this man.
This was an amazing weekend in Utah. I am so excited to have started a new chapter in my life and in the gospel. I am so thankful for the temple and all of the wonderful things that happen inside of it. I love all of you and I am so thankful for all of your support and kind words. You're all amazing!
